With nearly 30 years of real estate experience and 19 years as a managing broker, Aaron has led brokerages across multiple markets, including Seattle metro, Colorado resort communities, and the Boise/Treasure Valley. He has successfully grown and managed offices, launched new locations, and developed extensive experience serving high-net-worth clients, luxury estates, and resort properties. 

 

Laura’s background in corporate leadership, supplier management, and hospitality through roles as Senior Director at Vail Resorts and in Supplier Management Procurement at The Boeing Company developed her expertise in operations, negotiations, and leading high-performing teams. She brings this experience to real estate, providing strategic guidance, unwavering advocacy, and meticulous attention to detail for every client. Drawing on a lifetime of equestrian experience, Laura specializes in equestrian and ranch properties.
