Our diverse professional backgrounds and shared values enable us to serve our community with the highest level of care and expertise. Collaboration, ethical practices, and
meaningful relationships are at the core of our approach.
Aaron: Real estate has been a part of my entire life. Our family business was started by my great uncle in 1959 and later bought by my father in 1982. Together with his dad and brother, they worked to build and grow our family legacy of service through real estate. For me, there was never any doubt; I was always going to follow the same path.
Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience running brokerages across a range of markets, from metropolitan areas like Redmond, Kirkland, and Bellevue in Washington to high-end resort destinations in Colorado. My journey has included owning and operating a Sotheby’s International Realty franchise in the Seattle area, building and growing successful offices, and turning around underperforming branches to profitability. I have brought that expertise to the Treasure Valley, where Laura and I formed The Shriner Group to deliver a level of service that we know will benefit our clients and the industry as a whole.

At the heart of everything I do are values rooted in integrity and high standards of service. These values were refined through years of service as a panelist on both MLS arbitration and disciplinary boards for a collective decade, as well as serving as an active board member and proudly holding the position of President at the Summit Association of Realtors.
I have also remained involved in the community, volunteering with the Special Olympics for a decade and serving as founder and board member of the Marketplace Foundation, supporting and empowering individuals in need. Faith guides our approach to business and life. Treating people well and striving to truly serve others is at the core of what we do. I am passionate about building a positive culture that represents our values and client-first approach to real estate.
Laura: My background is in corporate leadership, where I honed my skills in project management, contract negotiation, and leading high-performing teams. My experience at The Boeing Company in Supplier Management Procurement gave me a strong foundation in navigating complex transactions and building lasting partnerships. Later, as a Senior Director at Vail Resorts, I further developed my expertise in operations and hospitality, always striving for excellence in service and results.
Joining my husband in real estate has allowed me to apply my experiences and skills in a new and meaningful way. Real estate is a deeply personal journey, and I find true joy in guiding people through many of the same transitions our own family has faced: relocations, evolving family needs, and finding the right community and lifestyle. We understand these milestones because we have lived them ourselves.
Our family has made the greater Boise area our home because it combines an unmatched outdoor lifestyle and abundant recreational opportunities with a
warm, welcoming community where we truly feel connected. I enjoy being involved in the community and currently participate in our church’s Buddy Program, caring for special needs children while their parents attend services.
Having been immersed in the equestrian world my entire life, I specialize in helping clients secure equestrian and ranch properties. My firsthand experience informs my approach, offering valuable insights and a true understanding of the nuances that come with these special properties.
I believe exceptional service is the cornerstone of a successful real estate experience. My clients can expect a carefully curated process, with timelines met, details coordinated seamlessly, and prompt solutions should any challenges arise. I am dedicated to providing innovative strategies and constant advocacy, ensuring each client’s goals are achieved with care and professionalism.
Real estate is our family legacy, founded on a commitment to making a lasting difference in peoples’ lives. It is a legacy we are honored to uphold and proud to carry forward.
Our family is one of God's greatest blessings. We are proud parents to four wonderful children; Katie, Davis, Lily, and Nhi. Years after Katie and Davis were born, God expanded our family through the adoption of Lily and Nhi from Vietnam. Through it all, He has continually reminded us that His plans are always greater than our own. We also have two dogs we adore. Family is at the center of our lives, and we cherish the time we spend together. The Treasure Valley is a special place for us, where we not only work but also enjoy the lifestyle and beautiful outdoors. We spend our free time mountain biking, skiing, attending country music concerts, hunting, fishing, and embracing the equestrian lifestyle. We are active in our church and community, with service woven into every aspect of our lives.
Our real estate practice is uniquely positioned to serve a variety of clients, from first time home buyers to equestrian properties and ranches, high-end estates, and resort properties. With our range of expertise across different markets and property types, we tailor the process to each client’s goals and preferences, helping them find the perfect home and lifestyle.
Our philosophy is that luxury is not a price point, but a standard of service. We walk our clients through everything, from listing prep and value-adding improvements to world-class marketing and exclusive access to a network of agents worldwide through LeadingRE and Global Equestrian Advisors. For buyers, we apply our local knowledge and industry connections to source opportunities and find the perfect fit.
Above all, we pride ourselves on our integrity, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, ensuring that every client receives the support and guidance they need throughout their real estate journey. We conduct ourselves with kindness and care, placing our clients’ best interests at the heart of every transaction.
Sincerely,
Aaron Shriner
